I have just returned home from Paris where I have been hard at work copying out sequences & Hymns & other liturgical documents for my Analecta. I was never more surprised in my life than when I read your very kind note. It is very very seldom that I come across any Flemish books or manuscripts and what little I did know has diminished. I have found a copy of my Hans Memlinc & will send it tomorrow to your secretary. By the bye will you kindly let me know how many volumes there are of your Loquela & where they can be got. I will make the British Museum get them but they will only buy the volumes as completed. What is the cost of them. I will send you the 1st. number of my Analecta when it comes out as the poetical partem at least will interest you. I have now nearly 4000 inedited Proses & Hymns of X to XV cent. My wife sends her kindest regards & remembrances
